Who handles support questions for resellers customers ?

• The reseller program is designed to work so that the reseller acts as front line support for their customers. In the event the reseller is asked a question he does not know, the RESELLER then contacts Dimensions Software™ for and on behalf of the customer. As a standard procedure and in order to avoid possible conflicts, Dimensions Software™ does not interact with the clientele of the reseller.
